A virus sweeps across the world, killing many in its wake. Only, it's not actually a virus. A trans woman finds herself pulled into a dark conspiracy of global proportions that is happening right under the noses of the unsuspecting population.

Can she learn her place in time and help put a stop to this "virus" that might end the world?
